'The Canterbury Vampires' - radio soap 2003

Here's the plot! 'Magic Studies' students at the University fight - undercover - the Canterbury Vampires. (Yes! - it's a chic cocktail of 'Harry Potter' and 'Buffy'.) The enemy vampires live in the railway tunnel under the campus hill - which really exists!

Our heroes and heroines defeat the invaders at a showdown in the campus radio station ('LoveBite FM') and even solve a murder - a repeat of one famous in Canterbury Cathedral history. Spookiness goes teeth-shaped with sky-diving - recorded on location! There's time-travel, love potions, and the vampires run a 'Give Blood Van' smuggling operation! Finally - the students defeat the vampires and their fangs of massive destruction!

'The Canterbury Vampires' is an enormous enterprise - fifty episodes - and aims at adventures in sound, pushing soap conventions to the limit. It has a cast of forty.

'It's a vampires' world! We humans only live in it!'
