LEAVE YOUR TROUBLES OUTSIDE!
IF YOU ARRIVE LOOKING TROUBLED IN TO CLASS - you can send out signals to your group that you lack energy, or negative signals. You can cause a group to delay if you spend time telling them about some particular incident. You can cause the energy level of a group to sink down. We send out body signals all the time. And on an acting course, we study body signals! Of course, you must use your judgement. Acting work requires a trusting and trustworthy, collaborative atmosphere in the classroom and rehearsal room. You should be expected to conduct yourself in a manner which shows respect for yourself, all others, and the common process at all times.
