INEXPERIENCED & LOVELY GIRL WE ALL LOVE

TRANSFORMATION - the main character goes through a significant change - then resumes core qualities

EXAMPLE - Sarah in 'Wrap Pack' - 25 episodes

INEXPERIENCED GIRL - the character you wish your listeners to fall in love with. - sympathetic, starting-out, endearing, attractive, makes mistakes but is rescued, is helped by all, comes from 'out there' (not urban and sophisticated).

BUT - she has some key abilities - the professional job she is hired to do (as nurse, designer). She just lacks experience with people, with men, and with urban life.

THE SOAP MAIN 'ARC' MAY BE HER JOURNEY FROM STARTING IN HER JOB THROUGH ALL THE ADVENTURES.

All the men FALL IN LOVE WITH HER. Does she date the INEXPERIENCED BOY? Does she fall in love with him at the end? She probably dates the STREET-WISE BOY for a while, but he goes too far. Does she finally have her first sexual experience? You decide!

WHAT ARE HER HOME CONNECTIONS? She has a strong bond with her mother / father. Does a brother or sister come to visit? Does she escape back home for a while?

Discover her HOME SPACE - apartment? bedroom? This is very important to her. CONTRAST TO FEISTY GIRL. She is very hurt by attacks from FEISTY GIRL, especially about her appearance, fashion sense, and 'homey' attitudes.

She is the HOME MAKER and COMFORTER. She is great at cooking and helping out. She knows so many home and comfort ways and means.

MOVING ON INTO LATER IN THE MAIN STORYLINE

WHAT IS HER HOBBY? Surprise us!

What is her TRANSFORMATION? After some key adventure, she FIGHTS BACK AGAINST FEISTY GIRL, SHE TAKES ON MORE RESPONSIBILITY, SHE HAS A LOVE AFFAIR, SHE IS HURT BY THE LOVE AFFAIR AND LEARNS.

ACTING NOTES: non-urban dialect or not 'posh' dialect, warm
