HANDS
No UHMs - UNNECESSARY HAND MOVEMENTS.
Think through the meaning of each gesture - its start, its middle section, and coming to the end.
Do not do unnatural hand movements - turning open the hands (palms outwards) with arms extended down.
(I have not seen this movement in the real world, but it crops up too often among apprentice actors.)
Do not be too rhetorical, overemphasised and unnatural.
See Do not hold anything in your hands for long.
